  • Located in Downtown Sarasota, Pilates Principles offers private pilates sessions in a professional setting. Our studio is bright and spacious, fully equipped with Gratz spring-based apparatus to achieve optimum results.

    Focusing on quality of movement, each session is designed to meet the needs of the individual. Emphasizing safe, correct movement, our hands-on approach benefits all fitness levels from injury recovery to trained athletes. Sessions are approximately 50 minutes.

    The six principles of the Pilates’ method — Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath and Flow — when applied with proper form can provide a basis for a life lived with vitality, grace, strength and deepened awareness of ones’ power.

    The goal of Pilates Principles is to transfer the work achieved in the studio into daily life. Our wish is to help people achieve a more vibrant, harmoniously-functioning body.
